Required products :

  • 6 slices of bread for sandwiches / fresh /
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

 

  • Cut the crust of the bread and lightly roll out each slice about 5-6 times.
  • Beat the egg in a large shallow dish and add the milk and salt. Stir with a fork.
  • Bake the bacon strips in a large pan over high heat until browned, but without becoming crispy. Do not add fat.
  • Place one of them in the middle of each slice and roll it into a roll.
  • Clean the pan and melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Dip the rolls in the egg mixture and roll them to cover evenly.
  • Fry them for about 3-4 minutes, turning them until they turn golden brown on all sides.
  • Serve them warm, garnished with your favorite sauce.
