How To Cook Bread Rolls With Liquid Chocolate And Strawberries - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 slices of fresh white bread, without crust
  • 12 large strawberries, cut into quarters
  • 4 1/2 tablespoons liquid chocolate
  • 1/4 tea cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

About the breading :

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

 

  • Mix the egg, milk and salt in a bowl with a wider bottom.
  • Pour the powdered sugar into a small saucer.
  • Lightly roll out the slices of bread using a rolling pin.
  • Spread each of them with about 3/4 tablespoon of liquid chocolate.
  • At one end, spread the strawberries and roll the slices.
  • Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Dip the rolls in the egg mixture and fry for about 4 minutes (1 minute on each side) until golden brown.
  • Roll them in powdered sugar while still hot.
  • Serve the chocolate rolls garnished with fresh strawberries.
