Learn how to cook "Bread with butter, yellow cheese and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and leave it warm for 10-15 minutes. When it is ready, pour it into a suitable bowl, sift the flour into it, add salt and sugar. Knead the dough, pouring the oil. Form a ball, cover the bowl with a towel and leave for an hour in a warm place. The dough will increase in volume 3 times. Stir it and leave for another hour to rise again. It turns out tender and fluffy. Divide it into equal small balls (approximately the size of a walnut).

Melt the butter, grate the yellow cheese, peel the garlic and mash. Add the garlic to the butter and spread some of the combination on the form in which you will bake the bread. It is best to use a detachable cake tin or one that has a hole in the middle. Dip the balls of dough in the remaining amount of aromatic oil and arrange them in layers in the form, sprinkling generously with the grated yellow cheese between the rows. Finish the arrangement with yellow cheese and leave the future bread for about 30 - 40 minutes. Then bake it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, and the approximate time is about an hour.

Take out the finished delicacy hot, because otherwise the yellow cheese will stick to the dish and it will be harder for you to scrape it later from its walls.

That is all.

Enjoy your meal!
