Heat the water and oil to 37 degrees. Let the oil dissolve completely. Crush the yeast with your fingers in the flour. Then knead for 5 minutes on the 2nd degree, add the chopped dates, knead for another 2 minutes to distribute the fruit evenly in the dough. Form a loaf of bread from it, grease with oil, put in a suitable container and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. During this time, knead the dough periodically, shape into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.

Then stretch it with your hands, adding sesame seeds at the same time. Make holes with your fingers on the surface of the bread, cover it again with a towel and leave for another 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Before you put the bread to bake, once again press with your fingers, the dents. Sprinkle the dough with water, sprinkle with sesame seeds, reduce the temperature to 220 and bake the bread until golden brown (about 20 - 25 minutes).
