How To Cook Bread With Mushroom Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 300 grams of flour
  • 180 milliliters of water (warm)
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 grams of dry yeast
  • 20 milliliters of oil + 10 milliliters for spreading
  • 1 egg yolk to spread

For the sauce:

  • 1 onion
  • 120 grams of mushrooms of your choice
  • 70 grams of sour cream
  • 1/3 bunch dill
  • 1/3 bunch green onions
  • 250 grams of yellow cheese
  • oil
  • spices to taste


Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water, leave for 15-20 minutes in a warm place, then add salt and 20 milliliters of oil.

Knead a soft dough that should rise and double. Then divide it into 12 equal parts, each roll out thinly, giving an oval shape. Grease them with a little oil and roll.

Grease a 24 cm diameter tin with oil, cover the bottom with baking paper and arrange the rolls on the edges. Wait 30 minutes for them to rise, and in the meantime make the stuffing sauce.

Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, fry them in a little vegetable oil and cool. Then add the grated yellow cheese, cream, spices of your choice, salt to taste and chopped green onions.

When the bread rises a second time, pour the cheese-mushroom mixture in the middle of the dish. Spread the dough with egg yolk and place the form for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. The exact baking time depends on your appliance.

The result is insanely delicious.
