How To Cook Bread With Potato Dough, Mushrooms And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon yogurt
  • 6 eggs (2 of them are for the filling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 150 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • parsley, green onions and other green spices of your choice
  • 6-7 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • flour (as needed to make dough)
  • spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :


Mashed potatoes should be lump-free.

 

Add two of the eggs, spices and flour as needed to make a thick dough that can be kneaded.

 
Mix 2 eggs with the yoghurt in which you have extinguished the soda, add salt and flour, enough to make an elastic dough that should stick to your hands.

 
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry in a little oil.

 
Separately fry the chopped onion and grated carrot.

 
Spread the dough on the bottom of the pan, on it - the vegetables, followed by a layer of potatoes and mushrooms.

 
Sprinkle with green spices and pour a mixture of 2 beaten eggs and mayonnaise, add salt.

 
Bake the bread in the oven until ready.
