Knead the dough from these products and wrap it in foil, cool for 30 minutes.
Cut the spinach and fry it in the fat for about 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and add the cottage cheese and one egg. Season and mix the products.
Divide the dough into two equal parts and roll out on a floured surface.
Distribute the filling between the two doughs and roll each into a roll.
Intertwine the rolls with each other and place the bread in a suitable small pan.
Brush with egg yolk and bake for 50 minutes at 200 degrees.
