Necessary products:

  • 50 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 dessert spoons of thyme
  • 400 milliliters of water
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 50 grams of may
  • 100 - 150 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1.2 kg of white flour

Method of preparation:

Heat olive oil together with thyme, add water, milk, honey and heat to 37 degrees. Dissolve the yeast, add salt, parmesan (leave to sprinkle) and flour.
