Required products :

  • 1 kg of pizza dough
  • 1 full cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes (or more to taste)
  • 3/4 tea cup grated ripe mozzarella
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated mozzarella
  • olive oil for spreading

Method of preparation :

Knead a kitchen counter and roll out the dough into a rectangle measuring about 24 by 36 centimeters.

Spread the tomato sauce on the bread (being careful not to grease the edges). Sprinkle with parmesan, hot pepper, parmesan and mozzarella.

Roll into a roll on the long side. Cut in the middle and put one piece on top of the other to get a big X and try to intertwine them. Transfer the bread to a suitable rectangular pan (pre-greased and lined with paper).

Cover the bread and leave it to rise for 45 minutes.

Before baking, grease it with olive oil and bake for 35-45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Cool for 15 minutes before removing the bread from the pan, and after it cools completely, cut it.
