Required products :

250 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of buckwheat flour
150 milliliters of water
5 grams of dry yeast
25 milliliters of oil a
handful of chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Dissolve the yeast in warm water and leave for a while.

 

Mix the two types of flour in a baking dish, add sugar and salt.

 

Pour the oil over the yeast and add this mixture to the dry one.

 

Cut the walnuts into large pieces.
