Required products :

  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 5 grams of dry yeast
  • 30 grams of granulated sugar
  • 5 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 30 grams of cedar nuts
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 120 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Add salt, sugar and yeast to the flour, form a pile of dry ingredients, make a hole in the middle and pour water into it. Knead the dough and knead until it starts to peel off your hands, then grease it with oil.

Put in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for about 60 minutes. When the volume has doubled, knead once more and leave to rise again.

Grate the cheese.

Roll out the finished dough and spread the yellow cheese on the surface. Form a roll, sprinkle with a little yellow cheese and pine nuts. Make small incisions in the bread and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
