How To Cook Bread Without Flour With Broccoli And Mozzarella - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 tea cups grated broccoli
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mozzarella
  • 1/4 teaspoon parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup dry oregano
  • salt, black pepper, hot red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • marinara sauce for serving

Method of preparation :

Put the broccoli in a large bowl and add the egg, 1 teaspoon mozzarella, parmesan, spices and crushed garlic cloves. Knead the "dough" with your hands. Pour the mixture into a rectangular pan lined with baking paper and level with a spatula.

Bake at 170 degrees for 20 minutes until browned. Sprinkle with mozzarella and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Garnish with hot pepper and parsley.

Serve with marinara sauce.
