Required products :

550 grams of wheat flour

20 grams of semolina

15 grams of fresh yeast

10 grams of salt

320 milliliters of warm water

50 milliliters of olive oil

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour and semolina, break the yeast with your fingers and spread it evenly on them. Add salt, water and olive oil.

 

Knead an elastic dough, which you divide into 8 parts or as much as you want according to the preferred final shape.

 

Choose the right size cups, bowls, pots or more. Roll out the dough and place it on the inverted dishes.

 

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Until this happens, the dough will rise for 10 minutes. Place the bowls in the oven and reduce the temperature to 200 degrees. About 25-30 minutes of baking are enough.

 

When you remove the dishes from the oven, carefully separate the bread bowls.

 

If necessary, help yourself with a knife blade. This is the result.

 

You can make any dish this way - shallow or deep, narrow or wide, for salad or soup.
