Peel the washed apples, cut them into circles about 1/2 cm thick, which you clean from the core.
Make pancake batter. Add the flour, sugar, egg and baking powder to the milk. Stir to make the mixture homogeneous. Dip sliced apples in it and fry them on both sides in hot oil.
To drain excess fat, it is good to remove the finished fruit on paper.
Serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon and powdered sugar.
