Necessary products:
2 eggs
3 apples
100 grams of wine
100 grams of flour
2 grams of salt
oil (for frying)
For the sauce:
300 grams of cream (30% fat)
50 grams of powdered sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
vanilla on the tip of a knife
Method of preparation:
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with the flour and wine, the egg whites with the salt, then mix.
Peel the apples, remove the core with the seeds, cut into circles. Dip in the dough and fry in oil until golden (like donuts).
The sauce is prepared by warming the cream, adding powdered sugar, a little vanilla, cinnamon and bring to a boil.
