How To Cook Breaded Boiled Potatoes With Fine Milk Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons liquid cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic flour
  • pinch of fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • frying fat

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the potatoes, cool and peel them. Cut them into cubes, break the eggs and dip them one by one in them. Then roll in breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, fry in hot fat and cool.

In a bowl, mix the strained milk, cream, garlic flour, dill and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and cool. Serve the crispy potatoes garnished with the milk sauce and enjoy.
