Required products :

1 small cabbage (about a kilogram)
3 eggs
breadcrumbs
salt and ground black pepper to taste
frying oil

Method of preparation :

The most important thing in making this appetizer is slicing the cabbage. You do not need to remove the cob completely, because the leaves will fall apart during frying.
Cut into pieces like the ones in the next photo.

 

Blanch in salted water for 5 minutes and let the cabbage cool a bit.

 

Beat the eggs, add salt and ground black pepper. Dip each piece of cabbage in the eggs, then roll in the breadcrumbs and again in the eggs.

 

Fry on both sides until golden in hot oil.

 

The appetizer is ready. Combines perfectly with cream and garlic sauce.
