Required products :

  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless)
  • 2 pieces of ham
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour

Method of preparation :

Divide the chicken breasts in half with a knife, but do not cut completely. Dissolve them and cover with cling film, then tap lightly.

Wash and dry the meat with paper, season it to taste, add salt (it is appropriate to use curry, paprika and black pepper).

Put a piece of ham and yellow cheese on one of the two fillets and close with the free half.

Secure the chicken with toothpicks (or use wooden skewers). You can wind it beforehand, if the width of the fillets allows it.

Roll them in flour, then in beaten egg and finally put in breadcrumbs.

All you have to do is fry the dish in very hot oil (or a mixture of oil and butter) for about 10 minutes on each side.

Remove on paper. When she absorbed the excess fat, she served the stuffed chicken breasts.
