Learn how to cook "Breaded chicken croquettes with yellow cheese, bacon and Bechamel sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
300 grams of chicken fillet
1 onion
125 grams of butter
20 grams of bacon
175 grams of flour
375 milliliters of fresh milk
250 milliliters of chicken broth
90 grams of yellow cheese
salt, ground black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
About the breading:
50 grams of flour
1 egg
150 grams of breadcrumbs
Method of preparation :
Boil the fillet, let it cool and chop finely. Cut the bacon into very small cubes.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion in it until transparent over medium heat. Then add the chicken and bacon, 5 minutes later add the flour and stir for 5-7 minutes until it acquires a golden color.
Heat the milk and pour the broth into it, season to taste. Pour a little of the liquid into the pan with the chicken, stirring constantly. The sauce should be prepared until it thickens enough (to resemble dough).
Remove the chicken in a separate bowl and sprinkle with grated cheese. Stir to melt and allow to cool. When this happens, scoop each bite with a spoon along with the sauce, form balls with your hands, then give a cylindrical shape on a board. Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, finally in breadcrumbs and fry the croquettes in hot oil until golden.
Remove the finished on paper, which will absorb excess fat.
Serve the appetizer hot with your favorite sauce.
Enjoy your meal!
