How To Cook Breaded Chicken Fillet With Melted Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Breaded chicken fillet with melted cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 100 grams of melted cheese
  • black pepper, dill, salt
  • 50 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 egg
  • flour and breadcrumbs for breading

Required products :

Cut each of the fillets in half almost in half. Cover with cling film and hammer (better use the blunt side of a hammer). Be careful not to tear the meat, because then the stuffing will run out of the meatballs that you will shape from it. Sprinkle the chicken with black pepper and add salt.

In the center of the meat base put chopped dill and a piece of chilled melted cheese. Wrap it with the fillet.

In a thick-bottomed bowl, beat the egg and gradually pour in the pre-boiled milk (it should be warm). Bring the mixture to a boil and leave on the stove until it thickens. Then strain.

Breading: first roll the meatballs in the flour, then dip in the milk-egg mixture, it's time for the breadcrumbs, again the egg with milk and finish with breadcrumbs.

Fry in a large amount of hot vegetable oil, turning on all sides. The temperature of the hot plate should not be high in order for the chicken to fry well.

Enjoy your meal!
