How To Cook Breaded Chicken Liver With Canned Mushrooms And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken liver
  • 200 grams of canned mushrooms (you can also use fresh)
  • 2-3 onions
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of oil for frying mushrooms and onions
  • 50 milliliters of oil for frying the liver
  • salt, spices, parsley and / or dill

 

Method of preparation :

Fry until golden peeled and finely chopped onions.

 

Add the mushrooms.

 

Add salt, sprinkle with a little black pepper and fry for a few minutes.

 

Pour the flour into a plate, add salt and spices of your choice (you can use ready-made chicken seasoning).

 

Clean the livers of unnecessary skins and parts, if any. Wash them and drain the water well.

 

Roll them in the dry mixture.

 

Then fry in hot oil.

 

2 minutes on each side are enough.

 

Remove from the pan, place in a plate or other suitable container. Add the mushrooms with onions, chopped green spices and mix everything.

 

You can serve the dish as a main course with the addition of boiled potatoes, for example, or as a side dish.
