Required products :
- 1 kg of chicken livers
- 2 eggs, broken
- 1/2 teaspoon flour
- 2-3 teaspoons cornflakes, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- frying oil
Method of preparation :
- Divide each chicken liver into two parts and cut out all the zippers that connect them.
- Arrange them on a large sheet of baking paper and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Put the eggs in a bowl and the flour and cornflakes with shallow plates.
- Roll each of the livers in flour, dip in an egg and finally roll in breadcrumbs. Press them lightly to make them fit nicely.
- Fry them in a large skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove the livers with a slotted spoon and transfer them to kitchen paper to drain.
- Submit them warm.
