How To Cook Breaded Chicken Meatballs With Mozzarella - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Breaded chicken meatballs with mozzarella". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of chicken fillet
  • 7-8 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 75 grams of butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 150 grams of mozzarella
  • clove of garlic or more
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or more

Method of preparation :

Break the bread into a bowl and pour over the warmed milk. Until the pieces soften, clean the fillet from all the skins, be sure to dry it, then cut into small pieces and grind. You can pass the meat through the mincer twice, so the meatballs will become more tender.

Add the ground already soaked bread, the chopped onion and the crushed garlic clove. Season and knead.

The minced meat must be homogeneous but not liquid. Make meatballs from it, flatten them on your palm, put a piece of mozzarella and "dress" it in the chicken. While doing this, it is good to wet your hands in water to make shaping easier.

Roll the meatballs in breadcrumbs and fry them in melted and hot butter until they are covered with a golden toasted crust.

Have a good time!
