How To Cook Breaded Chicken Rolls With Melted Cheese, Yellow Cheese And Peppers - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of chicken fillet
  • 150 grams of sweet peppers
  • 100 grams of melted cheese
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 30 grams of green onions
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the pre-washed fillet into thin pieces, place between two sheets of cling film and beat. Then rub with spices (salt, various types of pepper and others of your choice).

Finely chop the peppers (cleaned of seeds) and green onions, grate the yellow cheese and melted cheese.

Mix the vegetables with the cheese and make a sauce, combining the oil with spices to taste.

Put a little of the stuffing on each chicken fillet and roll up the ends, fasten the ends with toothpicks.

Dip in the aromatic oil, roll in the breadcrumbs and arrange in a pan on a greased sheet of parchment. Place in the oven, which you have previously turned on at 220-250 degrees.

After about 25-35 minutes the rolls will be ready.
