Required products :

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 tea panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup coconut shavings
  • 2 proteins
  • 1/3 tea cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Jamaican jerk
  • cooking spray

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place a baking tray on top.

Spray with cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the coconut shavings.

In a small bowl, mix the egg whites.

Sprinkle with the spice, roll in the starch, dip in the egg, then roll in the coconut breadcrumbs.

Arrange on the rack and spray from a distance with cooking spray.

Bake for 20 minutes, turn the wings over and bake for another 20 minutes.

Serve them as soon as possible, you certainly want to enjoy them while they are still warm.
