How To Cook Breaded Chicken With Parmesan And Mozzarella In The Oven - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of chicken fillet
  • 2 beaten eggs + 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • salt, pepper and ground cumin
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 cup finely ground breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 7-8 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 150 grams of finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 150 grams of mozzarella
  • 2-3 sprigs of fresh basil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Spread the fillet, season it with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Use a kitchen hammer to make the meat more tender. Put a pan on the stove, heat it and pour olive oil. Dip the fillets in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the breadcrumbs. Bake them on both sides in the pan.

 

In a pan, pour some of the puree, season with garlic, arrange the meat and cover with the remaining tomato sauce.

 

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, garnish with mozzarella and chopped basil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the dish for 20 minutes. Cool, pour in portions and serve the chicken warm, sprinkled with spices of your choice.
