How To Cook Breaded Fish Bites Stuffed With Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Breaded fish bites stuffed with yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 800 grams of fish fillet of your choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons semolina
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons semolina for breading
  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Wash the fillet and grind it with a meat grinder or blender. Add semolina, eggs, salt and pepper to taste to the minced meat. Leave to stand for 20 minutes.

Grate the cheese.

From the resulting minced meat form balls the size of a walnut, which you flatten between your palms. Then put a pinch of grated yellow cheese on the layer and make a ball again, leaving the filling on the inside.

Mix the semolina prepared for the breading with the breadcrumbs and red pepper. Roll the fish bites in this mixture and fry them in a sufficient amount of hot oil. Remove the prepared ones on paper so that the excess fat can be drained off.

You can serve by sprinkling with chopped green spices.

Enjoy your meal!
