How To Cook Breaded Fish Fillets With Thyme And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 fish fillets of your choice
  • 1/4 tea cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • 2/3 tea cup parmesan, finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

For garnish :

  • fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover the pan with parchment paper.
  • Distribute the fish fillets in it and spread them with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  • In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and thyme.
  • Add the remaining oil and stir until butter crumbs form.
  • Spread the mixture on the fillets and press with your palms to secure as tightly as possible.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Carefully transfer the fish fillets to a plate, sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
