Mix the salt with the marjoram and garlic (pre-pressed), pour in the fat and let the sauce stand for 15 minutes.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, but do not peel them, dry them. Put in a bowl and pour the aromatic oil. Stir and leave for 20 minutes.
Then roll each potato in breadcrumbs and arrange in a pan. Drizzle with the remaining fat.
Cover the dish with a sheet of aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Remove the foil 10-15 minutes before the dish is ready. The total baking time is about 40-50 minutes.
Serve the hot potatoes with dill.
