Cheese bread bites are always a great appetizer. We offer you an option for breaded bites of goat cheese with cream cheese and ricotta cheese.

Required products :

  • 400 grams of goat cheese
  • 120 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 450 grams of ricotta cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 green onion stalks
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tea cups bread crumbs (or large breadcrumbs)
  • about 1 liter of frying oil

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the green onion and place it in the bowl of the food processor. Saturate it even more with a few pulsations. Add the cheese, eggs and flour and combine again. Season with salt and pepper.

If you wish, you can add more flavors at this point, such as fried bacon, blue cheese, sun-dried tomatoes or finely chopped olives.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour.

When the cheese is cold, you can easily form balls by taking about 1 teaspoon of the mixture.

Roll them in bread crumbs, arrange them in a tray so that they do not stick together.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan, the fat to cover the cheese bites. When hot, fry the goat cheese bites until golden. Drain them on paper and serve with garlic sauce, tomato or other as desired.
