Required products :

  • 600 grams of lamb fillet (you can use another part of the lamb, but it works best with fillet)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon flour (topped)
  • favorite spices suitable for meat
  • left
  • 100 milliliters of sunflower oil

Method of preparation :

First, cut the lamb into large pieces because they will reduce in size during roasting. Knock them, rub one side with salt and selected spices, and the other with crushed garlic cloves. Roll up tight rolls, arrange in a container that closes tightly with a lid, store in the refrigerator for the next 24 hours or overnight.

When the meat is marinated, make a breading of the eggs, mayonnaise and flour, which you beat until smooth. Dip each piece of meat into this mixture, first unrolling the rolls. Then fry in already hot vegetable oil, it is necessary to observe the following: on the one hand the lamb should be fried under a lid in very hot oil, when you turn on the other - reduce the temperature to medium and let the meat remain on the stove until cooked. Remove on paper so that it can absorb excess fat.

Enjoy your meal!
