How To Cook Breaded Lamb Meatballs With Carrot And Garlic (Steamed) - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Breaded lamb meatballs with carrot and garlic (steamed)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 small carrot
  • 3 onions
  • 500 grams of lamb
  • salt and spices to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Method of preparation :

Finely chop one onion, peel a carrot and grate it. Heat a little oil and fry these vegetables in it until soft.

Grind the lamb separately (preferably twice to make more tender meatballs) and the remaining onion heads together with the vegetable stuffing.

Combine the products, add the egg, season and knead the minced meat. If it is very liquid, add a little flour.

Make meatballs, roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown.

Then steam (about 20 minutes) and serve with your favorite garnish.
