Learn how to cook "Breaded meatballs stuffed with mushrooms and cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 kg of minced meat (can chicken)
1 egg
1 onion
yellow cheese to taste
mushrooms to taste
salt and spices to taste
flour for rolling (or breadcrumbs)
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Season the minced meat to taste, add finely chopped onion and egg. Grate the yellow cheese and mushrooms.
Fry the mushrooms until cooked in hot oil. Remove to a plate and when cool slightly, mix them with the cheese. You can add a piece of butter and ground black pepper for a better taste of the filling. Also a little green spices or grated carrot. If you decide to put a carrot, fry it with mushrooms.
From the minced meat make cakes on your palm, put the prepared mixture (1 teaspoon with a tip) and form meatballs. Roll them in flour or breadcrumbs and fry until done on both sides.
