How To Cook Breaded Minced Meat Schnitzels - Recipe

Required products :

  • 850 grams of minced meat mixture (70% beef and 30% pork)
  • 150 grams of bread (only the soft part without the crusts)
  • a little fresh milk
  • 150 grams of old onions
  • 2 eggs
  • pepper
  • left
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil


Method of preparation :

Drizzle the bread with the milk and wait for it to soften and absorb all the liquid, then squeeze it.

Cut the onion into small pieces and add the minced meat together with the bread. Beat one of the eggs and season. Mix the products well.

Form balls of the same size (about 90 grams each), dip in the beaten egg with salt and start turning in the breadcrumbs until the balls become flat and acquire the appearance of schnitzels.

Fry them in hot oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
