Necessary products
For the pancakes:
200 grams of flour
4 eggs
350 milliliters of milk
1/2 bunch dill
2 teaspoons sugar a
little salt
For the filling:
5 boiled eggs
300 grams of ham
200 grams of yellow cheese
oil
For the breading:
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt to taste
Preparation :
Prepare the dough by mixing eggs and milk, add sugar, a little salt and finely chopped dill. Mix thoroughly and gradually add the flour. From the resulting mixture, bake thin pancakes in the standard way.
Cut the boiled eggs into circles, the ham into thin slices and grate the yellow cheese.
Put a piece of ham on top of each pancake, two egg rings on it and sprinkle with yellow cheese. Close the filling with the pancake, forming a packet or as a candy.
Beat the egg for the breading, add a little salt, pour the breadcrumbs in a convenient bowl.
Dip the pancakes in the egg, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until you get an appetizing crust.
