Required products :

2-3 medium sweet peppers

3/4 teaspoon flour
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
salt to taste
other spices of your choice and taste
1 teaspoon baking powder
water
oil

Method of preparation :

Wash and clean the peppers from the seeds and tails, then cut them into circles.

In a deep bowl, mix the flour with the spices.

Add the leavening agent.

Pour water and beat with a fork or wire for beating eggs. Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes and beat again.

The resulting dough should be neither too liquid nor too thick. It should remain on the pieces of peppers without dripping.

Dip the circles in the breadcrumbs prepared in this way and fry them in hot oil (you can use a deep fryer) until they turn red on all sides.
The interior will be semi-rough and the coating will be golden and crispy.

Remove the breaded peppers on a piece of paper to absorb the excess fat.

Enjoy your meal!
