Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 large pickles
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 100 grams of coarsely ground breadcrumbs
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 5 grams of garlic powder
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill

 

for the sauce

 

  • 150 grams of strained yogurt
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon of pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon mashed potatoes

 

Method of preparation:


Add the butter, garlic powder, dill to the breadcrumbs and stir. Cut the pickles into circles, roll them in flour, dip them in the eggs and then in the breadcrumbs.

Arrange them in a greased pan, preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, make the sauce.
