Required products :

600 grams of boneless pork fillet
1 teaspoon mix of spices for pork or other
salt of your choice and a mixture of different types of ground pepper to taste
3-4 tablespoons oil

About the breading:

100-120 grams flour
1-2 eggs
1-2 tablespoons milk or liquid cream
1-1.5 teaspoons cornflakes

Method of preparation :

Wash the meat and be sure to dry it. Cut it into pieces about 1.5 centimeters thick.

 
Knock each of them, pre-placing in a plastic bag. Their thickness should be about 7-8 millimeters.

 

Rub the pork with the mixture of different types of ground pepper and the spice, grease with a little oil, arrange the steaks on top of each other and put in the fridge to marinate. You can cook in half an hour, or you can leave them overnight.

 

Crush the cornflakes for the breading, it should not be too fine. Just put it in a plastic bag and run the rolling pin over the surface.

 

Then roll the pieces of pork first in the flour, then dip in the beaten eggs with the milk and finish the breading with the crushed cornflakes.

 

Heat the fat in a thick-bottomed skillet over high heat, place the steaks, reduce the temperature and fry the meat on each side for 1-2 minutes.

 

You can check the readiness with a toothpick. A drop of clear juice will appear on the meat when pierced.

With very hot fat, 2 minutes of steak cooking is enough, otherwise they will become hard, so do not overdo the frying.
