Required products :

400-500 grams of pork (fillet)
60 grams of cheese
1-2 cloves garlic
parsley or other green spice
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon breadcrumbs
frying oil

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet into portions 1 - 1.5 cm thick. Then cut each one without reaching the bottom, forming "pockets". Open them, knock both sides and close. Season on the outside with salt and ground black pepper.

Make the filling. Mash the cheese with a fork and add to it the crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley or dill, stir.

Fill the "pockets" with this mixture, close them and roll in flour. Then dip in the beaten egg and finally roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.

Serve with fresh vegetables.
