Required products :
300 grams of pork tongue
5 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Wash the pork tongue with cold water, cut it into thin pieces.
Beat the egg in a bowl, in a separate bowl mix the breadcrumbs and flour.
Roll the tongue first in the dry mixture, then dip in the egg and fry in hot oil on both sides until golden.
You can serve as an appetizer or as a main course with a vegetable salad or garnish of your choice.
