How To Cook Breaded Potato Meatballs With Corn, Peas And Onions - Recipe

Required products :

4 potatoes
2 carrots
1 onion
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons canned corn
3 tablespoons canned peas
1/2 lemon
green spices of your choice: dill, parsley, green onions
3 tablespoons flour
200 milliliters of water
100 grams of breadcrumbs
4 tablespoons
ground oil coriander, paprika, curry, black pepper and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil whole carrots and potatoes, then peel.

Mash the potatoes and add the spices and the juice of 1/2 lemon to the puree.

Finely chop the carrots, chop the onion, garlic and green spices.

Mix all the vegetables, add the corn and peas.

From this "minced meat" form meatballs.

Make the breading, combining the flour with the water, add salt.

Dip the meatballs in it, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden on both sides over medium heat.

Serve hot with garnish or sauce of your choice.
