Required products :
1 kg potatoes
300 grams ham
50-70 grams breadcrumbs
5 tablespoons flour
2-3 tablespoons oil
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water using a sponge or a suitable brush. Boil them until ready, peel and cut in two lengthwise.
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Add the flour, breadcrumbs and spices.
Beat the eggs with a fork, then mix with the other products.
Stir quickly.
Spread the stuffing on the potatoes (maybe on one or both sides). Press lightly with a fork or spoon.
Heat the oil in a pan and arrange the potato halves in it.
Let them prepare until a golden crust forms on both sides.
A delicious crispy coating is obtained.
Serve immediately.
