Required products :

  • 1/2 kg of pumpkin
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour (to roll the pumpkin pieces)
  • salt and red chili pepper to taste
  • 2 tomatoes
  • clove garlic


Method of preparation :

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces. Cut it into pieces about 1-1.5 cm thick.

Sprinkle with ground red chili pepper and salt. You can also add your favorite dried herbs.

Then roll the slices in flour and fry them in oil until they are covered with a golden crust. The pumpkin will soften, take it out on a plate.

Grate the tomatoes coarsely (remove the skins), season them and add the crushed garlic clove. Put the sauce on the stove, cook for a few minutes and remove from the heat.

Serve the breaded pumpkin with it.
