Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of ravioli with optional filling
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 100 grams of breadcrumbs
  • 10 grams of garlic flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • fresh parsley
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • a few drops of olive oil for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan and boil the ravioli. Drain, cool and dip in the eggs. Roll in breadcrumbs and arrange in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment.

Sprinkle with oregano, garlic flour, basil, salt, pepper, parmesan and olive oil. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the ravioli for 20 minutes. Cool, distribute portions and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
