Drain the cooked rice from the liquid and rinse.
Cut onions into small cubes, garlic - finely, and mushrooms into small pieces.
Heat oil and fry onion and garlic in it until transparent. Then add the mushrooms, stir, reduce the heat and close the pan with a lid.
After about 7 minutes (meanwhile stir several times), pour the rice over the other products, season, stir and let the combination cool a bit. Make meatballs from it, roll each in semolina and fry in oil until golden on both sides.
Bring them to a boil.
