How To Cook Breaded Roasted Peppers Stuffed With Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

6 green peppers for stuffing
150 grams of yellow cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tea cup flour
oil for frying

Method of preparation :

Bake the peppers in the oven, put them in a plastic bag for a while, then peel them without removing the tails.

Make an incision along the length of the roasted vegetables and carefully remove the
seeds. Cut the yellow cheese into thin pieces to fill the peppers through the cuts. You can secure the hole with a toothpick.

 

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat them separately, adding a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat to a froth. Then mix them.

Pour oil into a deep bowl, the amount should be 2 centimeters from the bottom. Roll the peppers in flour, dip in the eggs and then fry in hot fat.
