Required products :
- 12 slices of bread - square, without crusts
- 8 slices of Swiss cheese (or yellow cheese)
- 8 slices of ham
- 8 slices of smoked turkey meat
- 3/4 tea cup flour
- 3 broken eggs
- 3 teaspoons large breadcrumbs
- frying oil
Method of preparation :
First assemble the sandwich: place a piece of ham, cheese and turkey on a slice. Then put another slice and again ham, cheese and turkey, close the top with a third slice. Cut the sandwich into 4 bites and stick them with toothpicks so they don't fall out.
Store them in a tightly closed container, stay overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day, heat more fat in a deep pan.
Roll each bite in flour, then dip in the eggs and finally cover the pancakes on all sides.
Carefully fry the sandwiches in hot oil until golden.
Drain on paper and remove the toothpicks before serving.
