Required products :

1 medium-sized cabbage
450 grams of minced meat mixture
1 onion
1 carrot
1 teaspoon rice
3 tablespoons oil
2 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
ground black pepper and salt to taste

Preparation :
Boil the rice until ready. Put the cabbage in a large pot of boiling water and leave on the stove until the top leaves begin to separate from the cob.
Make the filling. Peel an onion, chop it and fry until golden in oil.
Grate a carrot, add it to the onion and fry for a few minutes. Then add the minced meat to the vegetables. Allow to simmer under a lid until ready.
When you remove the pan from the heat, mix the minced meat with the cooked rice, season with salt and pepper, mix everything well.
Separate the cabbage leaves from the cob, remove the thick and rough parts of them and put the stuffing on each leaf. Shape the sarma in the standard way.

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, you can add spices to taste and stir.

Dip the sarma in the eggs, then roll in the flour and fry in a pan with well-heated oil. Let them cook with the lid closed until a golden coating forms on both sides.

 

Serve hot with tomato sauce and sour cream.
