Necessary products

  • 1 carp (small)

For the marinade:

  • 6 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 1 sec. l. mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 - 3 cloves of garlic

About the breading:

  • 1/2 tsp corn flour (or more)
  • 1 tsp Sol
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • pinch of sweet red pepper

Method of preparation:

Mix all the marinade products in a bowl (mash the garlic) and leave for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors. Cut the fish into portions and put in the marinade for 10 minutes. Turn the pieces several times to taste evenly on all sides. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the breading (grind the thyme with your fingers), you can change the amount of pepper depending on your preferences.

Heat oil in a pan, roll each piece of carp well in the marinade, then in the breadcrumbs and fry in fat until golden. Serve with salad, garnish or just lemon.
