How To Cook Breaded Spinach And Rice Meatballs With Cheese And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of spinach
  • 100 grams of cheese
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 2 eggs
  • parsley
  • pepper
  • left
  • flour and eggs for breading
  • oil for frying meatballs

 

Method of preparation :

Put the spinach leaves in a pan, add salt and stew, then chop finely.

Boil the rice in salted water and then mix with the spinach. Add the cheese, eggs, chopped parsley and spices.

Form meatballs from the "minced meat", roll each in flour, dip in egg and fry in hot vegetable oil (you can use sunflower oil or olive oil).

Once a crispy crust forms on all sides, you can serve the rice-spinach dish.
